Homemade Croutons

Crunchy, chewy and SO easy to make. 


  • 4 cups multigrain bread, cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add all ingredients to baking sheet and toss well to combine.  Spread apart on sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until well browned and crunchy, but with a bit of a chewy texture.
