Preheat oven to 400F. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the puff pastry. About 1 inch from the edges of the pastry, score with a sharp knife all along the edge. This will puff up creating a crust around the edge once baked.
Layer the bottom of the tart with the apple slices, slightly overlapping them. Scatter the figs and feta over the top of the apples and drizzle over top with honey.
Bake in the oven on centre rack about 17 minutes or until the pastry is golden and cooked through. Let cool slightly before cutting and serve warm with extra honey and a dollop of greek yogurt on top.
