Apple Cider White Wine Sangria

A warming and refreshing white wine sangria that's perfect anytime of the year.


  • 1 bottle white wine (we used a pinot grigio)
  • 1/2 cup apricot brandy
  • 2 cups fresh pressed apple cider (in refrigerated section)
  • 1 bottle ginger beer (we used Crabbies)
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 large apple, sliced thinly
  • 1 small peach or apricot, sliced
  • 1 handful mint leaves


  1. Mix all ingredients, except for the ginger beer in a 2L pitcher.  Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, adding the ginger beer just before serving.  Serve over ice and garnished with mint and cinnamon sticks. Enjoy!
