Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups multigrain bread cubed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, add all ingredients to baking sheet and toss well to combine.
  • Spread apart on sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until well browned and crunchy, but with a bit of a chewy texture.
