- 2 Tbsp Rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp Raw hulled pistachios
- 1/4 Cup Frozen spinach
- 1 Peeled banana
- 1/2 Cup Plain greek or skyr yogurt
- 1/2 Cup Light eggnog
- 1 Pinch Cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp Raw hulled pistachios For garnish
- 1/4 Cup Pomegranate arils For garnish
- 1 Tbsp Flax and/or chia seeds For garnish
Add banana, oats, yogurt, half the pistachios, eggnog, spices and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth, roughly 1 minute. Pour into a bowl and top with the remaining ingredients or other toppings of your choice. Enjoy immediately.
